Cell Phone Recycling to Benefit Operation Gratitude

Hundreds of thousands of American troops are deployed in hostile and remote regions of the world and on ships throughout international waters. OPERATION GRATITUDE seeks to lift troops' morale, and bring a smile to their faces by sending care packages to service members overseas. The care packages contain food, toiletries, entertainment items and personal letters of appreciation, all wrapped with good wishes of love and support. OPERATION GRATITUDE is now working with GRC Wireless Recycling to raise funds through the recycling of used inkjet cartridges. Through your inkjet cartridge donation, Operation Gratitude will earn funds for donated cartridges. We offer two options:

If you have between 1 and 19 inkjet cartidges to donate, the program works as follows:
  1. Please pack your inkjets in a sturdy envelope or box with strong tape.
  2. We only accept inkjets. We do not accept laser toners. For your reference, laser toners are bigger than the palm of your hand.
  3. Mail your inkjets to:

  4. GRC will recycle your inkjets in an environmentally responsible manner, and Operation Gratitude will receive funds for most inkjets cartridges.
Help Operation Gratitude...
Collect 20+ inkjet cartridges! We encourage you to ask your friends, neighbors and associates for their old inkjet cartridges. You will be surprised how easy it is to reach our 20 cartridge minimum to qualify for our RecyclePlus program, which offers free freight and a shipment receipt for tax purposes!

When you have 20 or more inkjet cartidges to recycle, you qualify for our RecyclePlus program, where GRC pays the freight and sends you a shipment receipt detailing your inkjet cartidge donation. Here’s how it works:
  1. Gather 20+ inkjets for shipment to GRC.
  2. Request your Recycling Kit (see below)
  3. When you receive your Recycling Kit, use the FedEx free freight label to ship your old inkjets to GRC.
  4. GRC will recycle your inkjets in an environmentally responsible manner, and Operation Gratitude will receive funds for most inkjets cartridges.
  5. We will mail you a receipt detailing the shipment content, value and payment information. You can use this form for tax purposes.
